Dougarie Estate team

Dougarie Estate is proud to have 8 team members, although we do have other regular helpers to ensure the smooth running of our Estate.

A number of those employed have strong family connections with the Island and that has helped maintain the links between the Estate and the local community. Their knowledge of the island, its history and traditions are invaluable to the careful maintenance and evolution of the Estate.
