The river Iorsa runs through the heart of the Estate and is a typical west-coast spate river, offering both salmon and sea-trout fishing.
It consists of two beats; the upper beat which includes Loch Iorsa down to the top end of the Gorge pool. The lower beat starts at the Gorge pool and takes in the remainder of the river including the sea pool.
A track running parallel to the river provides access by 4x4 vehicle to every pool. Fishing is available by the week; with two rods on each beat from the beginning of June to the end of October.
The Estate operates a strict catch and release policy in line with the Scottish Executive's conservation policy and regulations.
