About Machrie Farm Cottage
Charming cottage positioned about 100m for the House of Machrie. It sits on the edge of ancient Scots Pine woodland and looks out over farmland to the Kilbrannan Sound. sleeping up to five guests.
Whilst you are staying at Dougarie Estate, there are a number of activities offered which guests can enjoy. Fishermen will be in their element, with fly-fishing for salmon and sea trout on the River Iorsa, mackerel fishing and lobster potting boat trips as well as private fishing tuition. Guests can also learn to shoot with both clay pigeon shooting and small-bore rifle target practise offered. If you want to get out and about, bespoke nature tours and whisky distillery tours can also be booked.
